Parsefin collects the minimum information needed to provide a personalized experience. When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials through Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and profile name from Google's OAuth service — we do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
Your watchlist selections and view preferences are stored server-side so they persist across devices. A small number of browser-local preferences are stored on your device: your light/dark theme choice (parsefin-theme), onboarding status, and recent search history. A cookie (parsefin-view) stores your preferred default view. None of this data is shared with third parties.
All financial data displayed on this site is derived from publicly available SEC EDGAR filings and contains no personal information. No analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party tracking scripts are used.
You may delete your account at any time, which removes your email, watchlist, and all associated data from our servers. If you contact us, any information you voluntarily provide will be used solely to respond to your inquiry.
